By creating an account or using Cartonizer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Organizations

Access is provided via organizations ("Workspaces"). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other organizations' data, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of data you upload. We process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details. You may export or request deletion of your organization's data at any time from your organization settings.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartonizer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app and require re-acceptance before continued use.
